EXSIF Worldwide, Inc. Acquires Tank Management Agreements
from TPI Equipment Management Ltd.

EXSIF Worldwide, Inc. acquired tank container management agreements from TPI Equipment Management Ltd., effective December 1, 2001.

The transferred agreements cover TPI’s managed equipment fleet and ancillary units totaling 3,300 ISO tank containers and tank chassis. These are leased to international chemical companies and tank logistic operators specializing in bulk liquid transportation and storage. The deal enhances EXSIF Worldwide Inc.’s position in the intermodal tank leasing market and the company's long-term commitment to the chemical industry.

Headquartered in Purchase, New York, with regional offices in Houston, Versailles and Singapore and sales offices in Hamburg, London, Tokyo, Sydney and Shanghai, EXSIF Worldwide, Inc. will have a combined tank container and chassis fleet of more than 27,000 units. The fleet comprises an extensive range of units suitable for the transportation and storage of hazardous and potable liquids including gases.

Transfer of the agreements takes effect immediately and the tank fleet will be fully integrated into EXSIF Worldwide, Inc.’s global operating infrastructure during January 2002.
